How do I personalise my item?

Add your personal message, name, or date in the personalisation field on the product page. I take care of the layout and engraving details.

Can I preview my design before it's made?

At the moment, I do not offer previews via the website. This allows me to focus on craftsmanship and clean, balanced layouts based on my design experience.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most personalised items are handcrafted and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order. Please note that production time may vary slightly depending on the item type and size.

Can I make changes after ordering?

If you need to adjust your personalisation details, please contact me as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Do personalised items qualify for returns?

Because each piece is made to order, personalised items are non‑returnable unless there is a fault with the product.
