Important Legal Note on Returns (Bespoke Goods) 

In the UK, the "14-day cooling-off period" for online sales does not apply to personalised or custom-made items. 

  • Custom/Bespoke Goods: Cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described. 

  • Standard Goods (e.g., generic earrings): Customers have 14 days after delivery to change their mind and request a return.
