Shipping policy

1.  Order Processing Times 

All my items are handcrafted or laser-engraved to order in my Hull studio. 

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (e.g., Earrings, Keyrings): Processed within 1–2 business days from dispatch. 

  • Custom Commissions (e.g., Signs, Slate Sketches): Processed within 3–5 business days from dispatch to allow for design and approval. 

  • Please note: During busy periods (like Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. 

2.  Shipping Rates & Estimates 

I primarily use Royal Mail 1st class post for all UK deliveries.  

  • Standard Shipping: £2.50 (1–5 business days from dispatch). * Express ‘Tracked 24’ Shipping: £3.70 (1-2 business days from dispatch). 

  • Free UK Shipping on all orders over £35.  

3.  International Shipping 

I currently do not ship to destinations outside the UK.  

  • If shipping internationally: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon delivery.  

4.  How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

5.  Shipping to P.O. Boxes 

I do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

6.  Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please email me at craftedwithcare.cc@hotmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
